FCF Yield + Growth
FCF yield > 8%, revenue growth > 5%, FCF margin > 10%.
Free cash flow is the cash left after a company pays for everything it needs to run and grow. An 8% free cash flow yield means 8 cents of that cash each year for every dollar of market value. The market usually charges more for companies that also grow, so finding both together is rare.
One strong year can inflate free cash flow, for example by collecting old receivables or postponing investment. Check that it repeats.
