Beta measures how much a stock moves with the market. At 1.5, a 1% market move tends to come with a 1.5% move in the stock. In an uptrend with revenue growing 10%+, these are the names that gain most when the market rises.
Beta works on the way down too, so these stocks usually fall furthest in a selloff.
