Dividend yield above 5%.
A 5%+ yield pays more than most bonds. Much of this screen is REITs, business development companies and pipelines, which pass most of their income to shareholders, REITs and BDCs because the tax rules require it.
A yield rises when the price falls, and a high one can mean the market expects a cut.
