Oversold Bounce
Price < 90% of 50 MA but above 200 MA, profitable.
A stock 10% below its 50-day average but still above its 200-day has dropped sharply within an uptrend. Traders buy these dips on the view that the long-term trend still favours buyers. Requiring a profit and a P/E under 25 keeps out companies falling because the business is in trouble.
Some pullbacks are the start of a longer decline, and the 200-day average is often the next thing to break.
