Strong Uptrend
ADX > 25 with bullish directional movement, 50 MA > 200 MA.
The Average Directional Index measures how strong a trend is in either direction, and above 25 counts as strong. With buying pressure ahead of selling pressure and the 50-day average above the 200-day, the strong trend is up.
ADX peaks late. A very high reading often means the move is mature.
