These stocks are down more than 30% from their 52-week high, while operating margins are up 3+ points and revenue is growing. The price still reflects the bad news that sent it down. If the market comes round to the better numbers, the valuation can rise quickly.
One good quarter can be a blip. Look for margins improving two or three quarters in a row.
